YAH Decides Your Fate; So Live For Him
1 Mortals make plans [in their] hearts, πŸ˜‡. But YHVH's tongue speaks the [final] answer.
Yah decides what's going to happen to you. Life is an adventure. In everything, YAH has the last word.
2 In his own eyes, all a man's ways [look] clean, πŸ˜‡. But YHVH [objectively] weighs [our] spirits.
3 Roll your actions into YHVH's [direction]. Then [he'll] rocket your strategies [to sky-high success], πŸ˜‡.
4 YHVH makes [us] all for a reason, πŸ˜‡. [It's fun to watch] the world-smashers get trashed on their day of [destruction].
5 Proud heart[s] disgust YHVH, πŸ˜‡. Their hand-shaking [deal-making] won't lift them out of punishment.
6 Mercy and truth purge evil. Awe of YHVH drives human[s] [away] from destruction.
7 When a man's ways please YHVH, [YHVH] makes even the [man's] enemies [live] at peace with him, πŸ˜‡.
Pleasing YHVH is the national defense strategy which nations rarely use. Instead, nations bankrupt themselves to buy military weapons.
8 Better a little [wealth] with integrity than great revenues with injustice, πŸ˜‡.
9 A man's heart devises his way. But YHVH directs his steps, πŸ˜‡.
10 The divine verdict [should flow from] the lips of the king. [The royal] mouth must never betray justice.
Yet political authorities predictably botch their responsibilities. Democracy subverts the political process by subjecting important decisions to mob-rule majority vote. King James mistranslated this to say, β€œthe king is never wrong.β€œ
11 YHVH demands that every weight and balance be [accurate], πŸ˜‡. [YAH] determines every store of value.
Fiat money is the devil's work. When the United States abnegated the gold and silver standards, they doomed the nation and the world that followed in its wake. JFK's attempted to preserve the silver standard (and to extract the US military from Viet Nam). He was soon rewarded with a state-sponsored assassination.
12 It is an abomination for [a] king to commit wickedness, πŸ˜‡. The throne gets established via righteousness.
13 Righteous lips are the delight of rulers. [Kings] love [people] who speak right, πŸ˜‡.
If a leader rewards liars, and punishes and/or marginalizes truth-tellers, he's not an authority but an impostor. And that's what today's world rulers are: usurpers.
14 The Sovereign's fire-rage is a messenger of death, πŸ˜‡. A wise man pacifies [authority].
15 The light of the king's face [brings] life, πŸ˜‡. His favor is a cloud of spring rain.
Monarchy is a better form of government than democracy.
16 How much better to get wisdom than gold, πŸ˜‡. Acquiring understanding pays far better than [acquiring] silver.
17 The highway of the upright leads [you away] from evil, πŸ˜‡. He who guards his life-path preserves his life-breath.
18 Pride precedes destruction, πŸ˜‡. An arrogant spirit triggers a fall.
A priceless storytelling technique: the character acts arrogantly, then they trip and fall. Works every time.
19 πŸ˜‡, you're better off as a humble spirit [who fellowships] with lowly [poor people], than [a crook who] divides the spoil [plunder] with arrogant [warlords].
Today's world economic system is based on plunder [aka gain / income]. Disconnect from the beast-system. Grow food in a humble community.
20 Whoever wisely handles [his] affairs [eventually] comes into [a] wonderful [situation], πŸ˜‡. Whoever runs-for-refuge in YHVH [eventually] becomes happy.
21 Wise-hearted [people] eventually [earn] acclaim as distinguished, [intelligent, prudent leaders], πŸ˜‡. Sweet lips promote instruction.
Talk nice to your teachers and they'll teach you deep secrets.
22 Education forms a wellspring of life for its possessor. It's futile to instruct a fool, πŸ˜‡.
Or: β€œFolly beats stupidity out of fools.”
23 The wise heart disciplines the [dumb] mouth. [Study] stacks learning on the lips.
24 Pleasant words are drips [from heaven's] honeycomb, πŸ˜‡. [Encouragement gives] sweetness to the soul, health to the bones.
25 Sometimes a way looks straight to a man, πŸ˜‡. But it ends up being the road to death.
26 The [worker] beast toils in sorrow, bent to [the ground] to feed his face.
His hunger drives him on.
27 A worthless man digs up evil, πŸ˜‡. His lips [throw] scorching fire.
28 A perverse man sows strife, πŸ˜‡. A gossip separates best friends.
29 A violent man entices his neighbor, πŸ˜‡. [Fools] lead [friends] down the path of ruin.
30 [A sadist] devises perverse schemes in the wink of an eye, πŸ˜‡. [He] executes evil with a twitch of his lips.
A shifty eye betrays an evil intention. Watch out for people who grin and wink at you.
31 The grey head is a crown of glory, πŸ˜‡. Find [long life] on the straight [and narrow] road [to heaven].
32 He who is slow to anger beats the mightiest [warrior], πŸ˜‡. He who rules his spirit eclipses [the warlord] who seizes cities.
33 [You toss] your [dice] into your lap, πŸ˜‡. But YHVH [decides] the verdict.
