I hear a voice in the midst of the 4 creatures say, “1 measure of wheat for a day's wages;
3 measures of barley for a day's pay.
[Give every human what he deserves!]
 And never damage the oil and the wine!”

Note: Day's wages (pay) = denarius.
Oil & wine = the holy spirit inside of true believers.
