"Amazing, though more like "adapted" from the life of John Nash than the "True Story". More about schizophrenia than about math. Excellent exposition of themes related to mental illness, grandiosity, and genius. Several extraordinarily fluid effects shots. Superb acting. Very effective score. Highly thoughtful script by Akiva. Good use of image systems and smart transitions. It's not constantly active. it's talky in spots but the great acting and tight writing keep the drama moving. Nice cinematography by Roger Deakins. Excellent direction. " GENIE SAYS:
Pleasing 8.7
βMoving. Intense in spots. Some profanity. Disturbing in spots for young children.β
